The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Tuesday, April 19, 2022 that includes Coal Creek Canyon. No open burning will be permitted within the Coal Creek Canyon Fire Protection District.
Elevated fire weather conditions are expected the rest of the week, so please remain cautious and keep alert for additional warnings.
Our fire weather zones are Fire Weather Zone 239 (below 6,400 ft) and Fire Weather Zone 215 (above 6,400 ft.).
