Wildlife Conflicts

Colorado Parks & Wildlife tell us that people / moose conflicts are increasing in Colorado. We are all seeing more moose in Coal Creek Canyon, and this video teaches us that conflicts increase when female moose have young in spring/summer, and also with male moose during the rut in the fall.

One of the leading contributors to conflict are our dogs (which moose equate with wolves, their once primary predator) and especially if the dogs are off leash.
