The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Wednesday, June 17 due to a forecast of low relative humidity combined with strong gusty winds that will result in critical fire weather conditions.
NO OPEN BURNING – including campfires on private property – will be permitted within the Coal Creek Canyon Fire Protection District.
Our fire weather zones are Fire Weather Zone 239 (below 6,400 ft) and Fire Weather Zone 215 (above 6,400 ft.).
